Group Chairman/CEO
Kazuhiro Ono built his career in financial engineering at Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank before leading four successful company exits, including listings on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market and NASDAQ. Drawing on extensive experience in finance and open innovation with leading construction companies, he now leads V3D Group's global growth, capital strategy, and international expansion from Malaysia.
Japan CEO
Jun Asami began his career at IBJ Leasing and the London office of the Industrial Bank of Japan before leading the establishment of a JPY 42 billion investment fund at SBI Group. He later served as a director of robotics ventures and founded Aerolab Inc., recipient of a CES Innovation Award. He now leads V3D's Japan operations, integrating robotics and advanced engineering into next-generation construction.
Group CTO
Sergey V. Voskresensky, Ph.D. holds a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the Polish Academy of Sciences. With more than 13 years of experience in advanced materials development, he led the commercialization of over 30 compounds at Spectra Group before serving as Chief Innovation Officer at both Graphene Laboratories and Applied NanoTek. At V3D, he leads materials innovation, applying carbon nanotechnology to advance the future of construction.

Growing up around real estate in Brunei and Malaysia gave him an early appreciation for the built environment. Drawing on his background in finance and business development, he supports V3D's journey in Southeast Asia by bringing the people, partnerships, and connecting the right resources to support everyday adoption of new construction technologies.
PT Nuvah Global Indonesia CEO / Indonesia
Former CEO of PT Mega Green Technology, Herpian Hedi has led the delivery of large-scale resort and construction projects across Indonesia. At V3D, he oversees the company's Indonesian operations, driving project execution, organizational development, and the successful delivery of next-generation construction projects from Batam.
Designs and develops V3D's proprietary construction 3D printing systems—from concept and mechanical engineering to field-ready deployment.
Printer Team Lead
Founder of BRAVE ROBOTICS, Kenji Ishida is a robotics engineer internationally recognized for developing the transforming humanoid robot J-deite RIDE and the full-scale Ingram. As Printer Team Lead, he drives the mechanical engineering behind V3D's proprietary construction 3D printing platforms, from core architecture to motion systems.

Materials Research Coordinator
Valentyna Voskresenska, Ph.D. holds a Ph.D. in Physical Organic Chemistry and has more than 11 years of experience in polymer chemistry and carbon nanomaterials. She has led the development and commercialization of over 20 advanced material formulations, including technologies used in smart card IC chips. At V3D, she coordinates materials research, applying advanced materials science to the development of next-generation construction technologies.
